Bountiful RDA to help renovate lumber building

The Bountiful Redevelopment Agency has approved a $250,000 loan to help fund a renovation project at the existing Bountiful Lumber building on Main Street. In action taken recently, the RDA voted unanimously to approve a loan for Deseret Landco LLC, to renovate the lumber building at 190 S. Main St. Deseret Landco is renovating the structure for Deseret Health Group, the contracted tenant. Ogden Standard-Examiner
