Recreation Outlet will occupy about 9,000 square feet of space on the first floor of a recently renovated building at 2324 Washington Blvd. About 20 employees will be hired for the Ogden store.
Also in mid-November, Ogden ROX, another outlet store that will specialize in outdoor-oriented gear and accessories, will occupy 5,700 square feet at 2314 Washington Blvd., said Gary Barsdorf, who owns the business. About the same time, Barsdorf will also open G4G Adventure Sports and Gear in a 1,862-square-foot building at 2348 Kiesel Ave. within The Junction.
