Excavation for Ogden water tank complete

Large-scale excavation is complete for the construction of a controversial 5-million-gallon water tank at the top of 36th Street in Ogden. Work on the $2.8 million tank project is slated to be completed in summer 2011, City Engineer Justin Anderson. Ogden Standard-Examiner
