Morgan County leases land to river-tubing company

Morgan County officials have given a nudge to recreational economic development by leasing county property to a river- tubing company. Alan Clark, of Barefoot Tubing, will pay $2,000 annually to lease property near the fairgrounds and the Weber River for customer parking. The company also will have portable temporary office and storage facilities. Ogden Standard-Examiner
