Kneaders Bakery & Cafe to open in Layton

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe, which has 10 locations in Utah and two in Arizona, is planning to open its next location in Layton. Kneaders, which started in 1997 in Orem, will build on the northwest corner of Antelope Drive and Hill Field Road. It will be next to Starbucks and Discount Tire. Ogden Standard Examiner
