The city council granted preliminary and final approval for a  mixed-use development at approximately 100 S. Main St., on the same  evening the city's redevelopment agency approved a $1 million loan for  the project. The project will feature two separate buildings, with a projected  price tag of $2.9 million on the southwest and northwest corners of Main  Street and 100 South. Standard Examiner
