Clearfield project to revitalize roadway
A $900,000-plus project to revitalize and improve 200 South is in its initial stages. The city received bids from eight construction companies for the road project, which encompasses 500 West to 1000 West. Work includes replacing and upgrading the existing sanitary sewer line, installing a new curb and gutter on the south side and reconstructing the pavement. Clearfield's city council recently awarded the bid to Advanced Paving and Construction for $774,200, plus $147,099 for contingency and engineering costs. Ogden Standard-Examiner
